Blend Them Together and Use 1 Tablespoon of the Mixture per 1.5 - 2 cups of Boiled Water
Let This Steep in Your Tea Pot and Serve
This is not a Bitter Tea by Any Means. I have on occasion added a bit Turbinado or Honey.

Sounds interesting. Where do you get those ingredients?
I brew mullien leaves as a tea. Have you tried it ?
I use the detox centre. But maybe I should try this and save a bit of money!!!:O) where would you find this kind of stuff?
