Selbu Satisfaction

Here are the final photographs of my Selbu Modern. This is a simple pattern with clear instructions. I am pleased with the colors and satisfied with the project.

This is another hat my daughter is coveting (which attributed to her eagerness to model it). I thought I would keep this for myself but she may find it wrapped under the holiday tree this year. I have another skein and a half of the Palette Calypso Heather left over. Wouldn't that be nice if I could eek out matching mittens ?!?

Here's the link to the Selbu.

Have a good weekend all !

Those colors look even more beautiful now that "your" hat is finished. If you're like me, you're so happy to have your daughter like something you've knit that you just have to give it to her:)

I"m excited that it's a free pattern!

Fantastic work. This looks like something I could make on the machine but don't think I will ever master fairisle on two needles!
