Guess what ! I really, really love my brown sweater !
All turned out well with this project. I had about four skeins of this in my stash (over 1800) yards and I'm happy I decided to pick it up and use more of it.
The pattern is wonderful, easy and quick. I actually lengthened the waist about a half inch, the sleeves about an inch. I have long arms that look ridiculous in quarter length anything. I changed the charting just a bit. I did the edge with three rows of straight stitch and a picotish ending.
The pictures of my sweater hanging are pretty light in color. Hopefully next week I'll get the chance to take them over.
On these two photos, you can see the fair isle design a bit more.
I have a really busy Saturday tomorrow. The Georgia Bulldogs are playing LSU, I'll be involved in some of the activities.
Have a good weekend everyone !

This is just gorgeous! There are so many colors interacting - takes me to Bohus inspired as much as Fair Isle. I'm glad you redid the neck until you liked it - for such a great sweater, you want every part to be you.
