I am very pleased with the way the shawl is coming out. The Multnomah is an easy-peasy.
My baktus will be ready soon to be photographed. The skies have been over cast here for more than a week. I would like to take a photo in a little sunshine.
The Questionnaire
I plan on doing another contest soon for my followers so if you are not presently a follower, please join. The prizes awarded will be specific to each winner. So, if you please;
- Name three of your favorite type of projects.
- What are three colors you like/love.
- What three fibres are your favorites.
- Name three of your favorite yarns you've worked with.
- What three yarns do you desire to work with.
- Would you say you are mostly a lace, fingering, dk, aran, worsted, bulky or super bulky knitter/crocheter.
- Are you more of a shawl, sock, mitten, hat or scarf knitter.
- Are you a knitter that prefers fibres with no acrylics.
- Which brand, yarn or fibre would you NEVER work with again
- What are three patterns you want to knit but have not purchased.
- What knitting/craft book do you desire but will probably never purchase.
You are not obligated to answer all of these questions in your comment.
Everyone, have a wonderful weekend !

You've got my curiosity up about what you're going to do with this...but I liked reading what your other friends like. I'll be checking back here to read again when you have more comments :).
1. Anything that I see get use out of, especially by me or my kids!
2. Muted greens of all shades (not mint ice cream!), gray, bluish greens.
3. Merino wool. Haven't really branched out too much besides cotton, which has it's place (in the kitchen!).
4. Cascade. Elann Peruvian Highland Wool, it's much softer than others. Berroco Vintage, a perfect wool blend is my new favorite!
5. Would love to try Madeline Tosh or some fancy semi-solid kettle dyed yarn.
6. Worsted!
7. Mittens and hats for my kids and sweaters for me!
8. Acrylics are fine in a mix.
9. I am desperately trying to get rid of my inherited red heart super scratchy.
10. Tetsubou, Snowbird, Ruched Yoke Tee.
11. Knitting without Tears, A sock book that has two at a time and magic loop techniques.
I'm going to try to answer all questions as best as possible. Hopefully it helps with whatever you're up to. ;-)
My fav project would have to be any type of scarf. I like to knit scarves and hats the best. Fav fiber, not sure. I'm not much of a yarn snob but I like my yarn to be soft too. Lion Brand is the brand I use the most and I tend to use a lot of size 9 needles. Would that be considered 4 to 6 ply yarn? I haven't looked at any yarn books lately but I do have some on my Amazon wish list.
Sorry if I didn't follow a specific guideline answering the questions. I tried to condense it to save space. ;-) Have a great weekend!
