This yarn is a dk wool purchased off of Etsy from SpunNomaditty. I had been searching for a holiday yarn with either a brown or black base. They had plenty on Etsy but I fell in love with this one. At first I ordered one skein for a hat then kicked myself for not having ordered more. There were two skeins left and when I saw that someone had "Liked" them I moved in. It took that to make me realize that this yarn must be possessed by me and no one else. The hat is the Rikke. A pattern that had been sitting in my Queue since forever.
The cowl has no pattern. I have one more skein left. For fingerless gloves perhaps ? We'll see.
Black along with the holiday colors. Dramatic to say the least.
