Crayola Chaleco (Crayola Vest)

I completed my Baby Cable Vest some days ago. I love working with simple little patterns and changing them around or using a yarn with big personality to make the pattern look totally different.

As I mentioned before, this is Noro Silk Garden (I luv, luv, luv this yarn) which as you know is always soft and very pretty. I had about four of these skeins just hanging around. I didn't like them well enough to make something for myself so gifting it is. Now that I think about it though, I may use the two other skeins to make a pair of mittens and a hat. In the near future I hope.

So Colorful !!!

I had fun photographing these in a nearby park yesterday. I was able to catch a bit of sunshine here and there. Good thing too because it's raining like cats and dogs today !

Happy Knitting Everyone !!!

Great vest! Once you knit with Noro Silk Garden, you want to go out and buy more of the yarn and knit something else. It's so colorful!

They are both beautiful. Too bad they're not in my size!

Very cute! I love the colors--for being something named "Crayola," I think the expectation is that it will be almost too bright, but this turned out perfect!
